Down Memory Lane

Recently had a trip to college with one of my friend Debu.Tell u what it was one of the most boring trips i have ever had to VIT.More so because most of our immediate juniors were busy in their projects. And the faculty too were pretty much unfazed by our presence.Seemed as if we had come to an Alien Institution. But the four years definitely flashed back in my mind. The new construction will definitely catch ur eye if u visit now.I guess we can credit the lack of understanding and respect shown towards us by our juniors to lack of interaction. But to some extent the management is to be blamed for being very strict. In that sense most of them dont know us also.

On the positive side i felt that the Institution as a whole is progressing very rapidly academically. Many of our juniors are doing their final year projects in Germany. The placement scenario is supposedly better than ours. And to top it all there has been a lot of Industry sponsored activity as well as Industry-Institution Interaction.

Finally we had our work done and the return journey was more stressful than the onward journey as we both were really tired.I would say the most memorable part of the trip was the food at Shankar Dhaba.
